Lisa Leiner was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, in 1977. Lisa joined Harman Claytor in September 2002. Her primary areas of concentration are long term care, employment, and governmental litigation.  Lisa represents home health agencies, assisted living facilities and nursing homes in a variety of claims concerning falls, elopement, medication errors and pressure sores.  She also represents employers in state and federal courts and before state and federal administrative agencies for a variety of employment matters, including claims of discrimination (age, race, gender, sex, religion and disability), claims of sexual harassment, claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act and claims alleging fraud, breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty.
