Dick Bennett was born in Richmond, Virginia in 1949. Dick began his career with Browder, Russell, Morris and Butcher in 1975 (Associate, 1975-81; Partner, 1981-90; Managing Partner, 1986-88). He was also a partner at McSweeney, Burtch and Crump from 1991 to 2000. He joined Harman Claytor in July of 2000. He has focused his practice in the areas of product liability, governmental practice, environmental, motor vehicle and insurance-related litigation.
