Jeremy's practice focuses on defending employment, civil rights, intentional torts, motor vehicle and premises liability litigation. He represents clients in federal and state court lawsuits alleging discrimination, wrongful termination, family medical leave and overtime violations, civil rights and other constitutional violations, defamation, malicious prosecution, and negligence. Jeremy also regularly represents employers before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
