Administrative Assistant – Richmond Office

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff
  • Prepare, format, and file legal documents
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital case files
  • Provide coverage for the Front Desk, managing incoming calls, emails, and client communications in a professional manner
  • Assist paralegals with scanning mail and other documents
  • Download and retrieve medical records securely from record management platform, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and proper documentation
  • Assist with general office operations and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • College or associate degree preferred; administrative coursework or training a plus
  • Prior administrative experience required (legal experience preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office technology
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
