Administrative Assistant – Richmond Office
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff
- Prepare, format, and file legal documents
- Maintain and organize physical and digital case files
- Provide coverage for the Front Desk, managing incoming calls, emails, and client communications in a professional manner
- Assist paralegals with scanning mail and other documents
- Download and retrieve medical records securely from record management platform, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and proper documentation
- Assist with general office operations and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- College or associate degree preferred; administrative coursework or training a plus
- Prior administrative experience required (legal experience preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office technology
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
