Attorney Promotions

Simone T. Williams, W. Benjamin Woody, Danielle A. Matie, Elizabeth O. Papoulakos, and Britton R. Wight have been promoted to Partner.

Simone, Danielle and Elizabeth are located in the firm’s Richmond office. Simone concentrates her practice in civil litigation to include local governments, auto, premises, and products liability. Danielle focuses her practice on cases involving motor vehicle liability, premises and products liability, and other civil litigation matters. Elizabeth focuses her practice on complex medical cases, long term care litigation, premises and products liability.

Ben and Britton are located in the firm’s DC Metro office. Ben focuses his practice on auto liability, maritime and admiralty, premises and products liability, and transportation and trucking. Britton focuses his practice on the defense of motor vehicle and premises liability cases, as well as other general civil litigation matters.
