Alison represents individuals and corporations in civil litigation in Maryland and the District of Columbia. She manages cases at all stages of litigation, from initial case assessment through discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediation, and trial. Prior to joining Harman Claytor, Alison represented multi-family and commercial property owners and multi-family management companies in litigation and pre-litigation disputes. She also regularly advised clients on reducing litigation exposure, legal compliance, and legislative changes.
