Anastasia Uzilevskaya is a dedicated trial attorney with Harman Claytor Corrigan & Wellman whose practice focuses on complex civil litigation, with an emphasis on professional liability. She represents businesses, healthcare providers, and professionals in state and federal courts throughout Virginia and the District of Columbia.
Anastasia immigrated to the United States when she was nine and understands firsthand that navigating the legal system can feel overwhelming and unfamiliar. She approaches every client relationship with empathy, clear communication, and a commitment to making even the most complex legal issues understandable. Anastasia understands that informed clients are empowered clients, and she prioritizes keeping each client involved throughout each stage of litigation.
Before joining Harman Claytor, Anastasia represented clients in a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including business disputes, employment disputes, contract claims, and other complex civil cases. Anastasia also has five years of experience trying medical malpractice and catastrophic personal injury cases. That experience provides her with a well-rounded perspective when developing litigation strategy and advocating for clients facing high-stakes disputes.
Anastasia graduated from George Mason University summa cum laude and earned her Juris Doctor from George Mason Law School, where she developed a strong foundation in litigation and advocacy. Immediately after law school, Anastasia clerked in the Arlington County Circuit Court, where she gained invaluable insight into judicial decision-making, effective advocacy, and the practical considerations that shape litigation outcomes.
