Andrew joined the firm in July 2026 as a member of the general liability practice group.  Before starting law school in 2020, Andrew worked as a police officer and detective for the Henrico County Police Division for nearly fourteen years.  Following his 2023 graduation from the University of Richmond School of Law, Andrew clerked for the Honorable Rondelle D. Herman and the Honorable Lee A. Harris, Jr., in Virginia’s 14^th Judicial Circuit.  Andrew began private practice as an associate attorney at Carter & Shands, P.C. (now Shands, Ferrell, Keeney & O’Malley).
