Anthony’s practice covers all facets of civil litigation, with a particular focus on the transportation, hospitality, and insurance sectors. He has also represented clients in products liability, toxic tort, white-collar, and civil rights matters. Anthony graduated with Honors from Emory University School of Law, where he was a managing editor of the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal. He joined Harman Claytor in 2023 after his tenures at a prestigious trial firm in Seattle and a respected civil defense firm in Richmond. Outside of work, Anthony enjoys watching his Australian Cattle Dog chase tennis balls and listening to New York Mets games.

Representative Experience
- As counsel to a Georgia-based transportation company, obtained voluntary dismissal of case pending in Western District of Virginia by filing third-party claim for negligent entrustment and equitable indemnification against the owner of the plaintiff’s vehicle.
- As counsel to a national hotel chain, obtained summary judgment and dismissal of premises liability and breach of contract case.
- As counsel to a commercial property owner, obtained favorable settlement of wrongful death suit following successful motion to bifurcate trial.
- As counsel to a national transportation company in Virginia circuit court, obtained favorable settlement of admitted liability trucking accident case involving facial scar and brain trauma for less than 10% of ad damnum after succeeding on motions relating to discovery of plaintiff’s social media activity.
- As counsel to a national captive insurer, successfully removed case to District of Maryland, despite co-defendant’s refusal to consent to removal, based on theory of fraudulent joinder.
- As counsel to a Virginia-based transportation company, obtained defense verdict after general district court trial of claims for assault, infliction of emotional distress, and property damage.
- As counsel to individual plaintiff in Virginia circuit court, defeated defendant’s demurrer on claims of assault, false imprisonment, defamation, and defamation per se.
