Brian defends government and nonprofit entities and their employees against claims under state and federal law. He has experience both at trial and on appeal. Before joining Harman Claytor, Brian completed a clerkship in the Northern District of Florida, where he gained a unique understanding of the complex constitutional and civil-rights claims that many of his clients face.
