Brittany A. Dunn-Pirio

Brittany joined Harman Claytor in December 2025.  A native of Fairfax County, Brittany began her practice, following a clerkship, as an appellate advocate for the Office of Attorney General for Virginia, where she argued nearly 30 appeals in the Court of Appeals and Supreme Court of Virginia and responded to civil claims in the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia. She then transitioned to trial work, serving as both a state and federal prosecutor. While serving as a federal prosecutor, Brittany specialized in fraud, Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act violations, and public corruption.
