Originally from Arlington, Virginia, Emily joined Harman Claytor in August 2023 after completing a year-long clerkship with the Circuit Court for the City of Richmond for the Honorable W. Reilly Marchant and the Honorable Claire G. Cardwell. Emily attended law school at Wake Forest University, where she focused her practical experience on criminal law. After graduating law school and clerking, Emily shifted her focus to civil litigation. Her practice now includes construction law and general liability defense.
