Born and raised in upstate New York, Hailey has made Virginia her home. After graduating magna cum laude from Virginia Commonwealth University with a B.A. in political science, Hailey attended William & Mary Law School. There she pursued multiple internship opportunities to gain a breadth of experience in civil litigation proceedings. Hailey then furthered her understanding of complex civil litigation as a judicial law clerk for the Circuit Court of the City of Richmond. Her practice will focus on defending government and nonprofit entities.
