Haley D. Santos is a litigator with extensive experience in complex civil litigation matters, with particular emphasis on professional liability, medical malpractice, products liability, and premises liability. She has significant experience in all stages of litigation, to include the appeals process, and is known for delivering practical, tailored solutions to complex problems. Haley regularly represents clients in both state and federal court, where she has secured numerous successful verdicts and rulings following contested hearings and trials.

Haley is actively involved in the defense bar and has held leadership roles within the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys (VADA), serving as Chair of the Medical Malpractice Section in 2025 after serving as Co-Chair in 2024.
