Julian is originally from Baltimore, Maryland, but came to Virginia for law school. He began his career as a public defender for the City of Richmond, affording him the opportunity to help the underprivileged community and gain valuable trial experience. He then worked in the Commonwealth’s Attorney Office in Chesterfield County for four years, prosecuting criminal matters. In 2020, Julian worked at a small law firm in Henrico County, specializing in criminal and traffic matters, as well as personal injury before joining the civil litigation team at Harman Claytor Corrigan and Wellman. Julian has dedicated his entire legal career to litigation, having tried hundreds of cases before courts all over the Commonwealth of Virginia. His focus at Harman Claytor is defense of transportation and other general civil liability matters.
