Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Kelsey joined Harman Claytor in 2026 after working at the Food and Drug Law Institute (FDLI) where she organized programming for legal practitioners in FDA law. Kelsey attended the George Washington University Law School, centering her studies around health law as a Kahan Health/FDA Law Fellow. During law school, Kelsey was the Executive Articles Editor for the AIPLA Quarterly Journal. She also served as a research assistant for Professor Sonia Suter; worked as a student attorney at the Health Rights Law Clinic; and interned at the National Women’s Law Center, FDA, TSA, and HHS. Before law school, Kelsey taught writing composition and creative writing at the University of Maryland and American University. At Harman Claytor, her practice will focus on professional liability and medical malpractice.
