Kristina Pywowarczuk began her practice in Arizona as a Maricopa County Deputy Public Defender. After seven years, Kristina switched to civil litigation in the areas of insurance defense, HOA, construction defect, premises liability, products liability, motor vehicle, and commercial litigation. Kristina has successfully litigated numerous jury, summary jury, bench trials, and administrative hearings along with multiple successful dispositive motions.  She also has appellate experience with the Arizona Court of Appeals and the Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
