Lisa has over 30 years experience in jury trials, bench trials, administrative hearings, arbitrations and mediations, primarily for the defense. She represents individuals, businesses, and property owners/managers in a variety of tort and contract claims throughout Virginia, including products liability, premises liability, automobile liability and other tort matters involving manufacturing and design defects, slip/trip and falls, negligent hiring and retention, and traumatic brain injuries. Her practice includes first chair management of civil trials, motions practice, and appeals in state and federal courts. She represents commercial companies, insurance carriers, motor fleet companies, individuals and other businesses in state and federal courts.
