Sydney A. Coker is an Associate Attorney in Harman Claytor Corrigan and Wellman’s Richmond office. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Sydney moved to Virginia to attend law school at the University of Richmond after earning a B.A. in political science from Elon University. During law school, Sydney was involved in a number of student organizations, including the Journal of Law and Technology (JOLT) and Student Bar Association, and pursued multiple internship opportunities, working with both state and federal entities to deepen her understanding of complex civil litigation. After graduating from law school, Sydney served as a judicial law clerk in the Circuit Court for the City of Richmond. Her practice focuses on general liability defense.
