Administrative Assistant/Accounts Payable – Richmond Office
Harman Claytor Corrigan & Wellman is in search of a Full-Time Administrative Assistant with emphasis on Accounts Payable.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of accounts payable/administrative experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to quickly learn a document management system
- High attention to detail
- Organization and time management skills
- Team player mentality
- Ability to work independently
- Self-Starting attitude
- Problem Solving skills
- High level of initiative
Responsibilities:
- Administrative support to management team
- Maintenance of data in the document management system
- Accounts Payable – management, verification, and process completion of invoices
