Administrative Assistant/Accounts Payable – Richmond Office

Harman Claytor Corrigan & Wellman is in search of a Full-Time Administrative Assistant with emphasis on Accounts Payable.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of accounts payable/administrative experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to quickly learn a document management system
  • High attention to detail
  • Organization and time management skills
  • Team player mentality
  • Ability to work independently
  • Self-Starting attitude
  • Problem Solving skills
  • High level of initiative

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support to management team
  • Maintenance of data in the document management system
  • Accounts Payable – management, verification, and process completion of invoices
