Attorney Spotlight – Imani Sowell
Harman Claytor Corrigan & Wellman’s Attorney Spotlight for November is Imani E. Sowell. Imani has been practicing law for five years, three of which have been at Harman Claytor. Her practice focuses on professional and general liability matters.
1. Where are you from originally? — Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
2. Do you have any creative outlets or interests? — I love to bake – especially pastry because you can get creative with it. I do NOT make box mix treats!
3. What do you enjoy doing outside of work? — I am a retired power lifter but lifting weights is my favorite thing to do outside of work.
4. What is your biggest pet peeve? — When people say they are “talking out loud.” The saying is “thinking out loud.”
5. Do you have a favorite quote or favorite line from a movie? — “Sweet baby Jesus and the grown one too!” – Barbara Howard, Abott Elementary
6. What is the first thing you would buy if you won the lottery? — I would buy three cars: a Lexus GX 550, a supercharged Ford Raptor, and a Dodge Challenger hellcat.
