3. What is your definition of success? — Being regarded as a leader in your field, as a person with integrity, and as a mentor to those coming behind you.
4. What advice would you give your younger self? — Be confident and trust your instincts. Being well prepared and fully understanding a case or issue trumps experience (most of the time).

8. What is your biggest pet peeve? — Being late.
9. What’s the best trip you’ve ever been on and why? — My family went on a trip last summer to Colorado, Utah, and Arizona, with my cousins and extended family. 10. If you could attend any concert, who would it be? — I’d go back in time and see The Eras Tour.
11. What do you enjoy doing outside of work? — Watching my kids’ sporting events and activities, getting together with friends, reading, and playing board games.

13. Do you have any creative outlets or interests? — I love to watch live theater and read good books.
14. What’s something that you’ve always wanted to try or learn? — Calligraphy.
