1. Where are you from originally? — Salem, Virginia.

2. What is your definition of success? — Happy and healthy with the ability to freely travel with my family (including our parents and siblings).

3. What’s something surprising/fun that not many people know about you? — I was a certified EMT and volunteered on the Rescue Squad in my hometown before I went to college.

4. Describe an experience that has had a lasting impact on you. — Living in New Mexico was an exciting and different experience. I’ll always remember it fondly, but I realized that I wanted to be back in Virginia.

5. Do you have a motto or personal mantra? — Growth only happens outside your comfort zone.

6. Do you have any pets? — Fox is our 13-year-old Husky mix and Maisie is our 3-year-old Whoodle (Wheaten Terrier/Poodle). Maisie loves Fox, and they both love people.

7. What’s the best trip you’ve ever been on and why? — We took a family trip to the Artic in 2024 that was incredible. We traveled in the winter to the city of Kiruna in northern Sweden, plus stops in Stockholm and Copenhagen. My favorite excursion was a snowmobile tour on a frozen lake at night when it was minus 30 degrees. I’ll always remember standing in a place where virtually no one had ever stood before.
