1. What is a brief summary of your employment background? — Other than a high school job as a waitress at Friendly’s and a bank teller during college, I’ve worked as a paralegal.

2. Where are you from originally? — Chester, Virginia.

3. What is at the top of your bucket list? — Travel.  My next goal is to hike Zion National Park and Bryce’s Canyon in Utah.

4. What’s something surprising/fun that not many people know about you? — I am a screenwriter.  I won the Virginia Governor’s Screenwriting Contest with my first movie script. I am represented by a WGA signatory agent.  We’ve had many requests for scripts but have not yet sold one.

5. When have you felt the proudest? — Competing and completing the Level Up Games (grueling three stage competition) at Burn Boot Camp.

6. What is the most important thing you have learned in the last five years? — Time is precious. Time is the one thing we can’t buy or get more of.  Spend it like it’s your most valuable commodity. Spend it with people you love and doing things you are passionate about.

7. Do you have a motto or personal mantra? — “Stay in your lane.”

8. What’s the best trip you’ve ever been on and why? — I’ve been blessed with many trips across most of the USA and Europe. My favorite was traveling with my parents to San Diego, California so we could see my nephew perform with the Marine Corp Band on July 4th.  We then went to Washington State to visit my youngest brother with visits to Columbia River Gorge, Mt. Hood, and Mt. Ranier.

9. Do you have a favorite quote or favorite line from a movie? — “So do all who live to see such times, but that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us. There are forces at work in this world, Frodo, besides that of evil.” — From Lord of the Rings – Fellowship of the Ring.

10. What TV show/movie are you ashamed to admit you love? — The Challenge.

11. What’s something that you’ve always wanted to try or learn? — Scuba diving.
