Welcome Surge N. Moghaddassi

The firm welcomes Surge N. Moghaddassi to its Richmond office as an Associate. Surge began his career practicing civil litigation in South Carolina.  He relocated to Virginia and initially joined Harman Claytor’s Richmond office in 2019.  Surge returns to Harman Claytor after serving as a staff attorney at the Virginia Court of Appeals as it expanded its jurisdiction to civil cases.  Surge primarily defends cases involving motor vehicle liability, premises and products liability, professional liability, and commercial litigation.
