Patrick joined the Harman Claytor team in December of 2025 after more than two decades of litigation experience. Patrick’s practice focuses upon local government and employment matters, medical malpractice, and general liability.  Patrick has extensive labor and employment experience including experience in state and Federal litigation, appellate practice, arbitration, internal investigations, representation in matters before the EEOC and the Department of Labor, and providing guidance on employment policies and practices. Patrick has advised clients on a breadth of employment matters, including covenants not to compete, employment discrimination, wage hour issues, Family Medical Leave Act compliance, ADA accommodation, negligent hiring and retention, and more.
