Lisa Kent Duley has been promoted to Partner. Lisa is in the Richmond office and focuses her practice on products liability, premises liability, automobile liability and other tort matters involving manufacturing and design defects, slip/trip and falls, negligent hiring and retention, and traumatic brain injuries.
Phyllis C. Spence has been promoted to Partner. Phyllis is in the Roanoke office and focuses her practice on the defense of civil litigation matters, including transportation, premises liability, and insurance-related matters.
