An experienced trial lawyer, Danielle advises and represents individuals, professionals, businesses, and insurers in a variety of civil cases pending in Virginia’s state and federal courts. She focuses her practice on matters involving sexual assault/abuse claims, professional liability, transportation liability, restaurant and retail liability, commercial disputes, and other civil issues. Danielle has extensive experience in all phases of litigation, from pre-suit investigation and discovery management to dispositive motions and trial, as well as in various forms of alternative dispute resolution.

Representative Experience
- Successful in vacating three default judgments totaling $1.63 million arising out of a contested liability, double-fatality motor vehicle collision.
- Obtained dismissal with prejudice in federal court of $10 million wrongful death case where a tree fell onto a mobile home, killing a minor. The Court held that Plaintiff did not allege any common law or statutory duty upon which relief could be granted against the defendant mobile home park.
- Obtained jury verdict for less than half of plaintiff’s $600,000 in medical bills in admitted liability auto accident case with some uncontested bills.
- Obtained a defense verdict following jury trial in favor of driver in negligence action.
- Obtained a jury verdict for less than amount of claimed medical bills in a clear liability auto accident case where the bills were uncontested.
- Represented a driver in a negligence action with allegations of significant kidney damage in motor vehicle accident resulting in a favorable settlement prior to trial.
