Jillian joins Harman Claytor after practicing with a Richmond law firm for several years representing employers and insurers in matters arising under the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Act, and litigating other general civil and domestic relations matters.  Prior to entering practice, Jillian served as a judicial law clerk for the Judges of the Circuit Court of Henrico County.  She will focus her practice on general civil litigation and medical malpractice.
